I appreciated the breakfast cooked fresh. It stood out. The staff provided helpful suggestions for restaurants. The room offered excellent space. The location helped me explore the castle. It was easy.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel's location is perfect. It is in the town center. I appreciated the original art in every room and hallway. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The food was fresh. I was very grateful. The staff was friendly and helpful, too.
The lift to the second floor was quite slow.

excellent hotel stay
spacious room garden view
the family room overlooking the gardens was spacious. breakfast was delicious, and it was close to everything. i liked having such a beautiful garden view from my windows.
the phone in my room was not connected, made contacting reception impossible. it caused issues when i needed to report a noise disturbance during the night. i hope they fix this before another guest experiences the same problem.

Some Issues Detracted From the Stay
broken television mediocre breakfast
The television in my room did not work. I also found a lack of cold water in the shower. It was an unpleasant surprise. There were hairs in the bathtub (this was quite off-putting). Breakfast seemed somewhat mediocre, too. (I had expected better.)

underwhelming stay with several issues
stained towels dirty room
the breakfast had a decent selection of hot entrees.
The room felt quite unclean. I found a used drinks straw on the floor when i first arrived. additionally, the towels were stained and discolored. even the upholstery on the chairs in both the bedroom and reception area had noticeable stains. it was a letdown.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast included several choices made to order. I found the staff attentive.
I found a dirty shower. The bedroom curtain did not close properly. No one was available to fix the issue .

rotten part uncomfortable pillows
the location was acceptable. it was close to the city center.
The room was too small. i was worried about opening the window because part of it was rotten. I didn't have a good night's sleep, because the pillows were most uncomfortable.
