The hotel's location is perfect. It is in the town center. I appreciated the original art in every room and hallway. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The food was fresh. I was very grateful. The staff was friendly and helpful, too.

the family room overlooking the gardens was spacious. breakfast was delicious, and it was close to everything. i liked having such a beautiful garden view from my windows.
the phone in my room was not connected, made contacting reception impossible. it caused issues when i needed to report a noise disturbance during the night. i hope they fix this before another guest experiences the same problem.

Some Issues Detracted From the Stay

The television in my room did not work. I also found a lack of cold water in the shower. It was an unpleasant surprise. There were hairs in the bathtub (this was quite off-putting). Breakfast seemed somewhat mediocre, too. (I had expected better.)

the breakfast had a decent selection of hot entrees.
The room felt quite unclean. I found a used drinks straw on the floor when i first arrived. additionally, the towels were stained and discolored. even the upholstery on the chairs in both the bedroom and reception area had noticeable stains. it was a letdown.
